PURPOSE: Provided is a skin massage machine which radiates far-infrared heat to one's skin to activate brain cells of the wrinkled skin so that it contributes to remove wrinkles and make one's skin resilient. CONSTITUTION: The skin massage machine comprises the parts of: a cylinder(4) which is inserted into an air suction hole(3), with consisting of a head(2) to be matched to the cylinder and a control valve(5) to control the volume of air entered; a piston(6) which lets a combination pin(8) inserted into a hole(3B) at rear edge(7) of the piston, in which the combination pin is attached to an eccentric axis(9) of a shaft(11); a fan(14) which ventilates heat of a heating element(12) to the head through a releasing hole(13); and a unit(15) which generates negative ion and low frequency wave.
