PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective recycling method of flash generated in the manufacturing process of a crosslinking polyethylene expanded material. SOLUTION: In this recycling method of flash of the crosslinking polyethylene expanded material, a flash (a) which is generated from a mold in the press expanding process of the crosslinking polyethylene expanded material, a flash (b) which is generated from a mold in the press process of an electroconductive crosslinking polyethylene expanded material, a polyethylene resin, a blowing agent, a crosslinking agent, and a blowing aid are mixed and kneaded, and the mixture is filled in a sealed mold and heated under pressure and the blowing agent and the crosslinking agent are decomposed, then depressurized and the expanded material is taken out, then the expanded material is put between two parallel metal plates and pressurized, and an expanded material with a smooth surface is obtained.
