PURPOSE: A manhole cover for noise prevention and anti-separation is provided to prevent the noise caused by external pressure and the separation of a manhole cover. CONSTITUTION: The manhole cover for noise prevention and anti-separation comprises the steps of forming a coupling groove(107) on a setting plane(106) of a manhole cover(100), forming a bearing projection(104) extended downward on the inside of the coupling groove(107), forming an anti-separation projection(105) on the base of the bearing projection(104), and pressing and coupling a packing member(30) with the anti-separation projection(105), then interposing to the outside of the setting plane(106) and the bearing projection(104).
