PURPOSE: A fixing structure of a door-operating device is provided to prevent a gap caused by wind, when a door is closed or open by holding the round rotary plate of the door. CONSTITUTION: The fixing structure of a door-operating device is composed of: a door with a hinge; a driving gear(10) with a half toothed outer circumstance; rack gears(20') promoting the return of a door; a couple of operating rods(23') provided with springs(22') and fixed to a bracket(21'); the first power transmission gear(30) installed under a hinge(h); the second power transmission gear(31) and the third one, which operate together with the first power transmission gear; a casing body(42) provided with an oil sump(43) having a cutoff(41); a turning force controller(40) with a rotary member(44) provided with an oil-pushing plate(45) moving along the third power transmission gear; a rotary disk(100) with treated grooves(110,112) rotating along the hinge; an operating rod going up within certain range; a support(130) for the operating rod with a steel ball(142); a pushing bar(154') pushing the operating rod and supported by a stopper(153'); a rotary rod pushing member(160) seating the steel balls to the treated grooves.
