摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is a mulberry tea which suits the consumers' taste, and much contains nutrient elements helpful to the human body. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing the mulberry tea, one-year mulberry branches are roasted at 170-190 deg.C for 20-40 minutes. The mulberry branches are previously cut into 3-5mm, and naturally dried such that the moisture content thereof is 12-15%. The dried branch pieces are powdered, and sieved using a mesh. The mulberry is selected from the group consisting of Morus alba L., Cudrania tricuspidata, and Morus bombycis Koidzumi.
