PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tie-down fixture which can be safely and quickly locked onto a carrying platform in an overland transportation vehicle, even in an automobile wherein a U-shaped locking part attached to fixing-fasten the automobile to the overland transportation vehicle is assembled only in the vicinity of the central part of a bumper. SOLUTION: A U-shaped frame journaled with the hook is journaled, in a turnable condition, to a ring-like locking part capable of hooking concurrently left and right hooks of fixing-fastening ropes attached to winding-tensioning ropes attached to both left and right sides of the carrying platform in the overland transportation vehicle.
