STIRRING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring method and apparatus by which granular or powdery contents is uniformly stirred. SOLUTION: The stirring method is performed by applying centrifugal force to the content to move to the wall surface side in a cylindrical stirring vessel 1 and forcibly moving the content in the wall side of the vessel to the center side along the recessed arc like locus. In the stirring apparatus, a rotary shaft 2 is disposed in the center part of the stirring vessel, a disk is fixed to the rotary shaft at a right angle, a scraper 4 appearing recessed arc like is fixed in the surface right angled to the disk and the top end edge is in close contact with the inside surface of the vessel and makes a small angle with the center axis. The disks of 2 pieces is fixed to one scraper and a plurality of scrapers are provided in the circumferential direction and one or more stages of the scrapers are provided in the axial direction.
