PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment chamber wherein a number of dollies with tableware on board easily go in and out. SOLUTION: This heat treatment system comprises a dolly 2 to run with tableware 1 on board, a heating chamber 31 for the dolly 2 with tableware on board to run and go in and out and a treatment apparatus 3 equipped with a heating mechanism such that the tableware 1 and the dolly 2 entered the heating chamber 31 are thermally treated. The shape of the heating chamber 31 of the treatment apparatus 3 is formed so that a plurality of such dollies as the dolly 2 can be aligned in the frontward and rearward direction in which the dolly 2 goes in and out. In the interior of the heating chamber 31 of the treating apparatus 3 a delivery mechanism 35 is set up capable of driving and delivering such dollies 2 in sequence in both directions, frontward and rearward.
