PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To industrially stably provide an upward packaged item having an excellent physical property, heat resistance, moisture proof, transparency and second fabrication of a polyester film while achieving good hand cutting of cellophane. SOLUTION: The upward packaged item is made of a bi-axially stretched polyester film having thickness of not less than 7μm and tear strength of 5 to 70 N. The bi-axially stretched polyester film is a laminate film having at least one amorphous polyester resin layer and at least one crystalline polyester layer wherein the thickness of the amorphous polyester resin layer is 20 to 95% of the total thickness of the laminate polyester film.
