PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a dozing drive to notify it, based on road information in a map information display and advancing-direction information in a moving body detecting sensor, in a dozing drive alarm system using the moving body detecting sensor. SOLUTION: The moving body detecting sensor for detecting the advancing- direction information in moving, the map information display and the dozing drive alarm system are attached to the vehicle, the advancing-direction information by the moving body detecting sensor is compared with the road information along a planed advancing direction in the map information display, and a driver is determined to be under a dozing condition when a difference therebetween is found, to notify an alarm by an alarm unit. In this dozing drive alarm system, the proper dozing drive alarm is issued to the driver to enhance travel safety, because the advancing-direction information in the moving of the vehicle itself is compared with the road information on the map information.
