PURPOSE: Provided is a high glossy board for furniture which permeates authentic color of paint to gaps between glossy materials, which are sparsely distributed so that it helps to display specific color and reflection light outside uniformly. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the high glossy board for the furniture comprises the steps of: (i) coating the surface of the board(2) for the furniture with paint or sheet-shaped paper to form a color layer(4); (ii) coating liquid polyester resin with liquid resin mixing solution which contains 1-15wt% of glossy material(10) such as powdered pearl, metallic or plastic film and then hardening to form a mixing resin layer(6); and (iii) applying polyester resin on the mixing resin layer and hardening to form a coating layer(8). |
