摘要 PURPOSE: A thermoplastic material composition containing a far infrared ray emitting ultrafine particle powder is provided to obtain anti-bacterial, deodorizing and air purifying effects without deteriorating physical properties of thermoplastics. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic material composition is prepared by compounding 0.1 to 2 wt% of a coupling agent, 0.01 to 5.0 wt% of a pigment which is not harmful to human bodies, 0.01 to 3.0 wt% of a far infrared ray emitting ultrafine particle powder having a particle diameter of 1 to 10 micrometers, 10 to 40 wt% of minerals such as talc, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate and glass fiber, 0.5 to 3.0 wt% of a synthetic rubber, 30 to 98 wt% of plastics and 0.1 to 2.0 wt% of a stabilizer, hot melt kneading the composition and forming the composition in the form of granules.
