PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the chipping performance when a vehicle is traveling on a rough road. SOLUTION: A plurality of layers of breakers 9 having breaker cords 9a inclined to the equator A of the tire are provided between a tread surface and a carcass 9. The breakers 9 are disposed so that the breaker cords 9a of the adjacent breakers 9 are intersected with each other, and the angle C of the breaker cords 9a to the tire equator A is set to be 40-60°when the tire is in a low cover condition.
