PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bed pad and a bed sheet from slipping off a bed by simply integrating three pieces of a bed mat, the bed pad, and the bed sheet without lifting the heavy bed mat. SOLUTION: Support members 10 to which a fixing member 5 is fixed are pulled out and put in side parts of the bed mat 4, respectively. The bed sheet 1 whose longitudinal width and lateral width are larger than those of the bed mat 4 by about 300 mm on outer sides is put on the bed mat 4. Pockets are formed on a head part side and a foot part side on a rear side of the bed sheet 1. An end part of the bed pad 7 is inserted into the pocket to press the bed pad 7 by the fixing member 5 fixed to both ends of a flexible support member 6 arranged on the back of the bed sheet 1, for example, a male magnet to fix to the fixing member 5 fastened to the support member 10.
