PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display stand causing no dead space on an outer side of a protruding piece. SOLUTION: A front plate 7 and a back wall 8 are mutually connected by side plates 9 to form a rectangular cylinder. A fitting piece 5 extended to a tip fringe of an upper floor plate 4 extended from a top fringe of the side plate 9 on one side is inserted and fixed into a cut hole 3 formed after cutting out the protruding piece 1 from the center of a basic part of a lower floor plate 2 extended to a top fringe of the side plate 9 on the other side to fold up a front floor plate 6 thereon from the front plate 7.
