PURPOSE: A controller for the depth of a water-collecting pipe is provided to recognize constantly the location of a water-collecting pipe by attaching a buoyancy tank and control the depth of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: The principle of the depth controller is described: an air supply valve(50) opens, the residual air is exhausted through a supply hose(40), then the difference between air pressure and water pressure in a buoyancy tank(20) increases, therefore water comes into the tank through a water entrance(21), next the tank submerges into the water and reaches the designated depth, then the valve is closed, on the other hand, air is supplied with the tank, then the water inside the tank goes out and the tank ascends by buoyancy. Additionally, a sensor detects the depth and the quality of water, and then giving signals to a depth controller to locate the pipe automatically at a designated level.
