PURPOSE: Provided is a purifying apparatus for a water tank which can supply a sufficient amount of dissolved oxygen in water and circulate water to remove impurities in water such as heavy metals. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus includes a water tank, a cover, and a pump(11) and a purifying device(10) provided at the outside of the water tank. The purifying device(10) includes an outer case with the upper side open and the inner part for receiving elements, a weight, filters which are disposed at the middle in the outer case to separate the inner space of the outer case into a first circulation space and a second circulation space, and an air supplying pipe which is disposed between the pump and the second circulation space to forcefully supply air to the upper part of the second circulation space by the pump.
