<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production facilities for dry fertilizers composed of livestock wastes as raw materials which occupy space to a relatively lesser extents, dispense with relatively fewer fuel expenses and facilitate the treatment of malodorous gases and sewage to be produced. <P>SOLUTION: The facilities have a hot air generation furnace 11 which generates hot air of a high temperature by combusting fuel mainly composed of the dry livestock wastes 21 of≤45% in moisture content, a rotary kiln 12 which dries the raw livestock wastes 26 humidified to the prescribed concentration of the moisture content using the hot air generated from the furnace 11 as a heat source, exhaust gas treatment apparatuses 13 an 14 which remove the dust in the exhaust gas from the rotary kiln 12, and a deodorizing apparatus 15 which removes the odorous components in the exhaust gases from the apparatuses 13 and 14. Portions of the livestock wastes 32 dried in the rotary kiln 12 are used as the main fuel of the furnace 11 and the balance are used as the fertilizers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
