PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knockdown container capable of being assembled and disassembled in an extremely simple manner and being reutilized. SOLUTION: The knockdown container is constituted with a bottom sheet 1, left and right side sheets 2 and 3, and fore and rear side sheets 4 and 5. Replaceable receiving members (female members) and replaceable fastening members (male members) are respectively provided integrally with these sheets.
