PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining member for joining a wiper arm and a wiper blade without any necessity of an engagement structure for the wiper arm, and allowing wide selection of the wiper arm to combined. SOLUTION: A joining member 10 rotatably attached to a wiper blade body 20 and detachable from a wiper arm 2 with a rotational angle is provided with a joining member side engaging part 14 engaging with a blade body side engaging part 35 provided on the wiper blade body 20. A joining member 50 for a short type wiper arm 3 at the tip side of a blade attaching part 61 is provided with a rotation restricting member 55 restricting the rotation of the wiper arm 3.
