PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydraulic material and a cement composition having antibacterial/antifungal properties for preventing or suppressing the generation of bacteria, fungi, algae, slime, or the like, and to obtain antibacterial/antifungal agents obtained by using them. SOLUTION: There are provided: the hydraulic material having antibacterial/ antifungal properties containing an antibacterial metal selected from zinc, copper and/or silver and calcium aluminate-based glass containing an oxide having a network structure; the hydraulic material having antibacterial/antifungal properties composed of the above hydraulic material and an inorganic sulfate; the cement composition comprising cement and the above hydraulic material; and the antibacterial/antifungal agents containing the hydraulic material or the cement composition. Accordingly, the antibacterial/antifungal properties of a concrete structure is improved by using the hydraulic material having antibacterial/antifungal properties. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
