PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable body warmer with excellent fitting properties to a body. SOLUTION: The disposable body warmer is prepared by storing an exothermic composition producing heat in the presence of air in an air-permeable composite structure prepared by laminating a thermoplastic synthetic resin film on a nonwoven fabric comprising a thermoplastic synthetic fiber. The thermoplastic synthetic fiber constituting the nonwoven fabric of the disposable body is a latent crimp-generating polyester fiber constituted of a single yarn in which two polytrimethylene terephthalates with a difference in intrinsic viscosities of 0.05-0.4 dl/g are made to be a composite by side-by-side each other.
