<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively start a construction machine when performing a starting operation thereof by a proper method for extending the work without substantially spoiling its original facility in an operation time zone in which operation of a construction machine is allowed. <P>SOLUTION: An control device 11 is provided with a memory means 13 consisting an operation time zone memory part 13a memorizing data of an operation time zone and an extra time memory part 13b memorizing an extra time. When a construction machine 2 is operated to be started, the present time is read from a timer 21 at an operation condition determining part 14, and determined whether it is starting in the operation time zone memorized in the operation time zone memory part 13a. When it is determined as a starting operation after the operation time zone has passed, an effective extra time is calculated from a proximate stopping time memorized in the stopping time memory part 23 and the extra time memorized in the extra time memory part 13b, then it is determined whether the starting operation is in the effective extra time or not. If it is a starting operation after the effective extra time has passed, starting of the engine 15 is prohibited, and the engine 15 is started if it is a starting operation within the operation time zone or the effective extra time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
