<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character operation program, a character operation method and a video game device that can realize diversification of operation by the discrepancy of acceptance timing of operation, by accepting two operations of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A first operation acceptance part 41 accepts first operation for starting the hitting operation of a character in response to the motion of a ball object moving in a game space. A motion regenerating part 46 allows the character to perform hitting operation according to the acceptance timing of the first operation. A second operation acceptance part 47 accepts second operation for determining the timing of hitting the ball object.
