PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure for a body frame providing sufficient reinforcing effect without accompanied by an increase in body weight. SOLUTION: In double wall structure portions of circumferential walls of frame members 3-7, 9 and 10, buckling mode waveforms SB of inner side reinforcements 14, 19 and 21 are deformed by anti-phase waveforms of buckling mode waveforms SA of outer side wall members 13, 18, 9 and 10 in regard to an input to a body frame 2 in a vehicular collision. Deformations of the frame members can be suppressed by resistance force caused by contact occurring in the collision, and the reinforcing effect can be enhanced without accompanied by a plate thickness increase of a wall member.
