PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made pinch capable of preventing pieces of a broken spring from scattering even if the spring mounted on the pinch is broken. SOLUTION: This synthetic resin-made pinch P is constituted in such a way that the synthetic resin-made spring 2 in which a pair of pinch pieces 1 provided with a nipping part 11 and an operation part 12 in end parts oppose to each other and which is across both pinch pieces 1 and has substantially U-shape is mounted by engaging a locking claw 22 formed inward in its tip part with a locking claw 14 formed outward on an inner side of the pinch piece 1. A scattering prevention wall 15 for preventing scattering of the broken synthetic resin-made spring 2 is continuously formed from the vicinity of the nipping part 11 to the vicinity of the operation part 12 on an outer face of the pinch piece 1 facing the synthetic resin-made spring 2 to prevent the formation of an opening on the outer face of the pinch piece 1.
