PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover of a pillow or the like capable of obtaining sufficient waterproof property and water absorption property and allowing multi-purpose use as the pillow cover, a table cover, a napkin, a cover of a seat, etc. SOLUTION: The cover of the pillow or the like is composed of a waterproof sheet, a water absorbing sheet arranged so as to cover an upper face of the waterproof sheet, and a cover sheet made of synthetic resin nonwoven fabric such as polyester in which many holes or minute water absorption holes attached so as to cover the upper face of the water absorbing sheet and be integrated with the waterproof sheet are formed.
