PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a seated occupant's physical burden when standing up for ingress and egress. SOLUTION: A seat-back upper part 21 is inclination-operated rearwards to a rear seat side when start of getting-out of an occupant in a rear seat is detected, the seat-back upper part 21 is inclination-operated frontwards to an upright direction to assist standing-up of the upper body of an occupant 22 (b) after detecting that an end part of the seat-back upper part 21 is grasped by the occupant in the rear seat (a), and the seat-back upper part 21 is inclination-operated frontwards up to a position of the seat-back upper part 21 before the upper part 21 is inclination-operated rearwards (d) when the occupant 22 finishes an egress action (c).
