PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the oil quantity adjustment range by increasing the maximum supply oil quantity while improving the response in oil quantity adjustment. SOLUTION: A second mist generating device 4 is provided in a main mist oil supply passage in the vicinity of a part to be machined by a machining tool. The raw oil is atomized by the second mist generating device 4, and mixed with the main mist oil from a mist generater 1 to be supplied as auxiliary oil to the part to be machined.
