PURPOSE: Provided is a food for treating and preventing neuralgia, arthritis and osteoporosis which strengthens the muscle and tendon, and heightens the bone density. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a food for treating and preventing neuralgia, arthritis and osteoporosis comprises the steps of: completely drying 10 wt.% of antler, 10 wt.% of Achyranthis radix, 10 wt.% of dodder, 55 wt.% of Mongolian dandelion and 15 wt.% of safflower seed in the shade, followed by mixing and powdering them; taking and putting 10-20 wt.% of powder in a container, followed by pouring water to the powder three to five times thereof and boiling it at 100-130 deg.C for eight hours to make a concentrate; and mixing the concentrate with the remaining powder, and formulating it into a pill. |
