BEVERAGE, AQUEOUS SOLUTION, MOUTHWASH AND CARIOSTATIC AGENT EACH CONTAINING CATHODE WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution for preventing or treating dental caries by preventing formation of an acidification solution in the oral cavity.

SOLUTION: An aqueous solution containing a cathode water (having alkaline property) in which an oxidation-reduction potential measured value is within the range of -150 mV to 0 mV is used as a washing rinse for neutralizing an acid of a dental plaque after taking between-meal snack containing saccharide to strength re-deposition of calcium of teeth. As a result, occurrence of dental carries in teeth is substantially prevented by washing by the cathode water. The cathode water is added to various formulations such as mouthwash rinse and beverage.
