<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary transformer core injection molding mold on which the generation of a weld and a crack can be prevented, the finishing work such as grinding, to be performed on the inside surface of the rotary transformer core is unnecessitated, and also the recycling and the discard of a sprue are unnecessitated. CONSTITUTION:The injection molding mold for rotary transformer core is the injection molding mold with which the slurry 4, consisting of the mixture of soft ferrite powder and a binder, is passed through a slurry feeding path 11 and injected to the molding part 10 of a rotary transformer core. The slurry feeding hole 11 is vertical to the molding part 10 of the rotary transformer core, and it passes through the center of the molding part of the rotary transformer core. Also, a rod 3, having the center axis same as the slurry feeding path 11 and the cross section almost same as the inside circumference of the slurry feeding path 11, is provided. At least this tip part 3b moves the distance crossing the thickness of the molding part of the rotary transformer core.</p> |
