PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensively manufacturable electric two- wheeler with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A small front wheel 2 and a small rear wheel 3 rotated by a motor 9 are attached to one frame 1 serving also as a footrest, and a rectilinearly formed handle portion 4 connected with the front wheel 2 and a saddle portion 5 for sitting are attached to an upper side of the frame 1.
