<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quickly cookable food capable of preventing the foods from binding to each other when stored, and having a good taste and a smooth mouth feel when taken as stew, soup, etc., after dissolved in hot water. <P>SOLUTION: This quickly cookable food contains vegetable fats and oils which have a SFC (solid fat content) at 25°C of ≥70%, a difference between a SFC at 45°C and the SFC at 25°C of ≤60%, and a solid content of ≤10% when measured by setting an initial temperature of the fats and oils at 60°C and allowing them to stand for 20 min in an atmosphere having a temperature of 40°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
