<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction moving device provided with an annular negative pressure area, both portions of the negative pressure area and a positive pressure area, or two areas such as a spraying area for a thermal spraying material and a spraying area for a cleaning material for minimizing an area of the negative pressure area of the suction moving device. <P>SOLUTION: The suction moving device is provided with a main casing provided at least with an outer side cylindrical partition 21 and an inner side cylindrical partition 22, an annular outer side sealing member 31 attached to an opening of the outer side cylindrical partition with one portion contacting an object surface, an annular inner side sealing member 32 attached to an opening of the inner side cylindrical partition with one portion contacting the object surface, and a moving means for maintaining a distance between the main casing and the object surface at a predetermined distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
