PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in heat resistance, fluidity, rigidity, impact resistance, appearance and discoloration resistance and suited for interior and exterior parts for a vehicle and to provide a molding composed thereof. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprizes (A) a wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate (A component), (B) b wt.% of a graft copolymer (B component) obtained by graft polymerizing at least an aromatic vinyl compound to a rubbery substrate which contains no conjugated diene component substantially, (C) c wt.% of a copolymer (C component) obtained by copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one kind of a monomeric compound copolymerizable with the said aromatic vinyl compound and (D) d wt.% of a plate-like and/or fibrous inorganic filler (D component) (wherein, a+b+c+d=100; a/(a+b+c)≥0.45; 5≤b≤30; c≥(Mv-14,000)/400 (wherein, Mv denotes a viscosity average molecular weight of the A component); and 10≤d≤30).
