A charge transport composition containing aromatic amines with crosslinkable silanes as represented by the formulawherein A represents a hole transporting aromatic tertiary amine moiety; L1 and L2 represents charge such as a divalent group; X represents oxygen or an imino group; Y represents an alkoxy group, or a halide atom; R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; and n represents the number of repeating segments.
