PURPOSE: Provided is a crusher which crushes materials with different rotational power two times so that it helps to crush the materials into more minute particle. CONSTITUTION: The crusher is characterized by comprising the parts of: a case(100) which is formed in a square type; a projection tool for materials which is formed at left upper side of the case; the crushing tool which crushes the materials by rotational centrifugal force, with consisting of a lower housing(302) with an air suction tool(301), an upper housing(304), a first rotation axis(307), a crushing sheet(308), a second rotation axis(324), an inclined wing(325) and a release preventing cap(327); and a power supplier which transmits and supplies different rotational power to the crushing tool.
