A method for producing a composition for injection into slaughtered meat of poultry e.g. a broiler chicken or game in order to make the meat tender and appetizing comprises blending a mixture of 0.4 to 6 parts by weight sodium glutamate, 1 to 10 parts by weight blood serum powder from cattle, 2 to 11 parts by weight mineral salt, 1 to 6 parts by weight onion, 0.5 to 6 parts by weight flavouring with water in weight ratio 1 part mixture to 2 parts water, and mixing the resulting blend or concentrate with water in the ratio of 18 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight. |
