Procaryotic host-cell is transformed with vector including secretory signal sequence ST II bound functionally to nucleic acid encoding the end heterologous polypeptide. Invention ensures to provide the complete conversion of precursor to the matured product and high levels of the end polypeptide in the case of reduction of translation effectiveness.
