FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: in proposed insert oil-well sucker-rod pump compression spring is used as pusher drive. Said spring is installed in liquid-filled space for engagement with pusher and it is insulated from action of aggressive medium. Holes in housing of check valve designed for communication with annulus are located higher than level of intermediate position of check valve. Hole for shear element in pusher is made is made with change over into longitudinal slot with base tilted to periphery. Use of such pump makes it possible to replace pump without killing the well which does not affect profitableness of oil production, and use of lock support for largest type-side of pumps in operation makes it possible to change over to other type of pump without lifting the tubing.
