EMERGENCY PROTECTION HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE-TOWER SPRINKLING MACHINE

FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system has water pipeline mounted on towers with hydraulic drives, each hydraulic drive being provided with distributing valve and change-over mechanism with tie-rod. End of tie-rod is connected to casing of membrane-type drive for hydraulically controlled stroke restrictor and is positioned inside hollow stem. Membrane-type drive is hydraulically connected to control tube, which provides for series connection of actuating valves of protection system. Hydraulically controlled stroke restrictor has power spring cooperating with its upper part and with lower part of membrane-type drive casing. Distributing valve of outer drive tower has hydraulic timer made in the form of accumulating vessel equipped with adjustable throttle. Float inside accumulating vessel is rigidly connected to stem. Upper end of stem has stop engageable with additional actuating valve, which is connected with protection system. Stem of additional actuating valve is engageable with feeler. EFFECT: simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation of sprinkling machine. 5 dwg
