Prepared anti-idiotypic antibody is used for prophylactic or therapeutic immunization against diseases accompanying with expression of antigen Lewis Y6 and as a component in curative- -prophylactic pharmaceutical composition also. Prepared anti-idiotypic antibody is used for quantitative determination of monoclonal antibody with specific binding BR 55-2 and for one-step immunoaffinity purification of variant BR 55-2 of antibody.
