FIELD: medicinal technique. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hemosorbents used for sorption clearing blood, lymph and plasma exhibiting selective sorption indices, elevated capacity by large-molecular compounds and supermolecular complexes and to method for its preparing. Method provides preparing heme-compatible perfluoropolymer-containing carbon hemosorbent exhibiting mechanical and physical-chemical stability, no forming dust particles during hemosorption and retaining high specific surface. Hemosorbent shows enhanced adsorption capacity to hydrophobic and nonpolar toxins that allows to provide good heme dynamics and kinetics of sorption of end metabolites.
