FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steam-gas plants operating on mixture of steam and fuel combustion products. According to proposed method of operation of steam-gas plant including preparation of working steam-gas mixture, expansion of mixture in turbine with execution of work, drying of flow of steam-gas mixture by introduction of water whose temperature is lower than temperature of water condensing in steam-gas mixture, removing of dried gases and condensate, water of temperature 15- 40oC lower than temperature of initially introduced water is added into flow of initially dried steam-gas mixture at water flow rate of 1.5-5 times less than flow rate of initially introduced water.
