摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden for driving a throttle actuator and stabilize a control action of a throttle by improving characteristics of a throttle device having an initial opening degree setting mechanism. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with an enerdizing means 4 for enerdizing a throttle valve in a closing direction, and an enerdizing means 5 for enerdizing the throttle valve in an opening direction. The device is also equipped with an initial opening degree setting mechanisms for keeping the initial opening degree of a throttle valve 24 larger than the full closing position when the current is not applied to a motor 12 of the throttle device, in a manner that a shaft torque T1 given by the enerdizing means 4 and a shaft torque T2 given by the enerdizing means 5 satisfy the following formulae: T1≥Mf×Ge+Vf, T2≤Mf×Ge+Vf (In the formulae, Mf is motor static friction torque; Ge is reduction gear ratio; and Vf is required torque on the throttle shaft for opening the throttle valve).
