PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processor for improving security performance at the time of starting an equipment. SOLUTION: A button operation sequence for starting an equipment is preliminarily registered in the equipment, and the procedure of the button operation for starting the equipment of a user is collated with the registered procedure of the button operation, and when it is judged that the start of the equipment is available, the equipment is started.
