PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of stably forming an image of high image quality, a process cartridge using the same and an electrophotographic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by forming a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on an electroconductive support, the protective layer comprises an organic conductivity imparting agent and a bonding resin, and this bonding resin is a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin.
