PURPOSE: A method for supplying price information using a mobile function is provided to supply the lowest price information on a product by a mobile price information supplying system if a mobile user reads product bar codes by a scanner and requests the lowest price information, thereby enabling the user to request the product at the lowest price. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal user reads a bar code of a product by a scanner to compare price with other product, and inputs interested information(S11). If the user selects to transmit the information, bar code information and the interested information of the product are transmitted to a mobile price information supplying system through a mobile communication network(S12). The system retrieves price information and distributed shop information of the same product from a DB based on the transmitted product information, and extracts the lowest price information(S13,S14). The extracted price information is transmitted to a mobile communication terminal(S15). The user confirms the lowest price information, determines whether to buy the product, and buys the product(S16,S17). |
