<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the delivery date whenever required on the real-time basis reflecting production actualities infinitely near the current time point. <P>SOLUTION: A production scheduling means 11, upon receiving a production plan preparation implementation instruction, implements a production scheduling program for the generation of production plan information and, upon receiving a production plan finalization instruction, registers the production plan information in a production plan related information database 14. With the registration as a trigger, a delivery date simulation means 12 retrieves necessary information out of a reference information database 13 and the database 14, and puts the information in its subordinate memory in preparation for a delivery date answering real-time business.
